For the
last six years, each week or so I have been collecting the dirt from
my kitchen floor and casting this domestic residue into clear resin
tiles. This serves as a diary of the events that have taken place in
my families life within the hub of activity in my home. For it to truely
represent this present day archelogy I guess I ‘ll keep going untill I’m
dead. The latest work on this project was shown at the Here

These consist of assorted insect cadavers laid out as though in sprew and cast into clear cast resin along with all the tools to construct and animate them. Inspired by Mary Shelleys’ Frankenstein and modern Bio medical arguments regarding genetic engineering I am planing further kits. |

| After
recieving a phone call of my friend Laurance I found myself in a quiet desrted
car park one sweet spring morning only to have a bag of fresh Roe Deer uteruses
thrust into my hands. Walking home with the weight of them in my back pack,
it occured to me what had taken place and how odd an occurance it was. They were in a recent exhibiton titled My Garden is a Vacant Lot. Refer to Events for more infomation. To me they represent mythocological creatures of my imagination inspired by the garden where I grew up. |
